The Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd, (GSECL) Vadodara, India, invites ?On Line Tender? (through E-Tendering) from the eligible bidders for supply of total 15 lacs (1.5 million) Mt of non coking steam (thermal) imported coal in bulk to GSECL on high seas sales basis of type ?1 (GCV AD) 6300 Kcal/Kg.) for its use at Gandhinagar, Wanakbori and Sikka TPSs of GSECL on the terms and conditions specified in this tender specifications.

The bidder shall pay a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 15,000 (Rupees fifteen thousands only) by way of crossed demand draft or Banker?s Cheque in the name of Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd, along with the technical bids.
The last date of submission of online tender is on or before 17.00 hrs. of 3rd. October, 2009 (Saturday). The physical tender will be accepted on or before 16.00 hrs. of 3rd. October, 2009, at the office of the Chief Engineer (Fuel), Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd. Corporate Office, Vidyut Bhavan, Race Course, Baroda.390 007.
