2. Materials and Quantity to be Procured
○ Materials : (Sub)-bituminous Coal
○ Quantity and shipping schedule
The total quantities of coals to be purchased are 650,000 Metric Tons for HCV and 420,000 Metric Tons for LCV.
The coal shall be delivered at each (un-)loading port with the following shipment schedule. ; Noted that Russian coal is not allowed

3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding
4. Deadline for Bidding: 11:00 A.M. on June 3, 2015 (Korean Standard Time).
5. Qualification of Bidder: Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
