3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding

4. Deadline for Bidding : 15:00 on April 8, 2009 (Korean Standard Time).

5. Qualification of Bidder : Coal producers, marketing companies or traders who have faithful track record of supply to Korean five(5) Gencos (KOMIPO, KOSEP, KOWEPO, KOSPO and EWP) which are subsidiaries of Korea Electric Power Corporation and who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.

6. Bidders shall propose on FOB AND CFR basis. If a Bidder has a track record of supply to 5 gencos not more than 120,000MT, it can only submit on CFR basis (FOB basis not allowed). And New Bidders who has no track record of supply to 5 gencos for the past 3 years are not allowed to participate in this Bid.
