Bidders are requested to offer with quotation up to feasible amount of coal in lots of panamax [60,000MT~70,000MT (?10%)] or Capesize 125,000MT(?10%).

i) in case of LT 1, FOBT Port of Loading basis from minimum 250,000 Metric Tons per annum
ii) in case of LT 2, FOBT Port of Loading basis from minimum 250,000 Metric Tons per annum
iii) in case of SP 1 and SP 2, both FOBT Port of Loading basis and CFR Port of Discharging basis.

3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding

4. Deadline for Bidding: 1500HRS on October 8th, 2009 (Korean Standard Time).

5. Qualification of Bidder : Coal producers, marketing companies or traders who do not have unfaithful track record to Korean five(5) Gencos (KOMIPO, KOSEP, KOWEPO, KOSPO and EWP) which are subsidiaries of Korea Electric Power Corporation and who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
