- Materials: Bituminous Coal
- Spec: Max 6,000kcal/kg NAR
- Qty: 700,000MT per annum
- Laycan : As per attached ITB
- Lots : 300~100,000MT(+/-10%)

3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding

4. Deadline for Bidding: 15:00 on June 4th, 2010 (Korean Standard Time).

5. Qualification of Bidder :
Traders are not allowed to participate in this Bid. Coal producers, marketing companies who do not have unfaithful track record to Korean five(5) Gencos (KOMIPO, KOSEP, KOWEPO, KOSPO and EWP) which are subsidiaries of Korea Electric Power Corporation and who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.

6. Bidders shall propose on FOB only basis.
