3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding
4. Deadline for Bidding: 15:00 pm on 27th August, 2010 (Korean Standard Time).
5. Qualification of Bidder : Coal producers, marketing companies or traders who do not have unfaithful track record to Korean five(5) Gencos (KOMIPO, KOSEP, KOWEPO, KOSPO and EWP) which are subsidiaries of Korea Electric Power Corporation and who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
6. Bidders shall propose on FOB (LT1, LT2, SP1) or both FOB & CFR(SP2) basis.
