4. Deadline for Bidding :14:00 p.m. on November 28, 2012 (Korean Standard Time)

5. Qualification: Coal producers or marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to, coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
