3. Procurement Method : International Open Bidding

4. Deadline for Bidding : 3:00 p.m. on June 10, 2008 (Korean Standard Time).

5. Qualification of Bidder : Coal producers, Marketing Companies or Traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc. Whereas, the bidders who do not have any reliable coal supply record(min 60,000MT) to five generation companies of KOMIPO, KOSEP, KOWEPO, KOSPO and EWP and those who have unfaithful records to the above five companies are not allowed to participate in this tender.
KOMIPO has the right to award the contract on either a FOB or a CFR basis.
