3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding
4. Deadline for Bidding: 15:00 p.m. on January 26th, 2010 (Korean Standard Time)
5. Qualification of Bidder: Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
