For Anthracite Coal for Youngdong Thermal Power Plant

2. Materials, Quantity and Delivery Schedule to be Procured
○ Materials : Anthracite Coal
○ Quantity
The quantity of coal to be purchased is 50,000MT
Bidders shall offer at least above 5,000MT
○ Delivery Schedule

Bidders shall deliver the coal to the designated unloading port (Donghae) in accordance with the following schedule. However, the unloading port can be changed to Mookho)
- Delivery Schedule : January 25, 2010 ~ March 31, 2010

3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding

4. Deadline for Bidding : 2:00 p.m. on January 5, 2010 (Korean Standard Time).

5. Qualification of Bidder :
Coal Producers, Marketing companies or traders a) those who have any coal supply record to five generation companies of KOSEP, KOMIPO, KOWEPO, KOSPO, KEWESPO, in korea or Taiwan Power or J- Power in recent three years and b) those who do not have unfaithful coal supply records to the above five companies in Korea and c) those who shall meet the whole requirements of ITB including but not limited to, coal quality specification, shipping schedule, etc. are qualified to participate in the ITB. (The bidder should persent Certificate of Delivery to KPSEP. There is result of delivery, The case Which knows this from KOSEP excepts)
