For Anthracite Coal for Yeongdong Thermal Power Plant
1. Bid No. : KOSEP-Coal-2013-A-SP02
2. Materials, Quantity and Delivery Schedule to be Procured
○ Materials : Anthracite Coal
○ Quantity : The quantity of coal to be purchased is 40,000MT.
Bidders shall offer at least above 5,000MT
○ Delivery Schedule : Bidders shall deliver the coal to the designated unloading port (Donghae) in accordance with the following schedule. (However, the unloading port can be changed to Mookho)
- Destination Quantity(MT) Delivery Schedule Unloading port 20,000MT April 16, 2013 ~ April 30, 2013 20,000MT May 1, 2013 ~ May 31, 2013
○ Bid in which the origin of the coal is D.P.R.K or China is not allowed
3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding
4. Deadline for Bidding : 2:00 p.m. on Mar. 26, 2013 (Korean Standard Time)
5.Qualification of Bidder : Coal producers, marketing companies or traders who have any coal supply record to five generation companies of KOSEP, KOMIPO, KOWEPO, KOSPO, KEWESPO in Korea or Taiwan Power or J-Power in recent three years ; those who do not have unfaithful coal supply records to the above five companies in Korea. The bidder shall present the Certificate of Delivery toKOSEP to prove its supply records unless otherwise advised by KOSEP. New bidders who do not have above supply record can also participate in this bid. And, the bidding amount for new bidders are limited to a maximum > of 20,000MT.
