Guaranteed Quality ： NCV Min.4,600 kcal/kg
Shipping Schedule ： April, 2017

3. Procurement Method： International e-tender

4. Qualification
Coal producers, who own a single mine with the annual production record of Min. 10 million tons in recent year or the official marketing companies of such coal producers (Trading companies are not allowed).

5. Bid Closing Date/Time： 14:00 February 16, 2017 (Korean Standard Time)
