Guaranteed Quality ： NCV Min. 4,700kcal/kg
Shipping Schedule ：Early September(1-10), 2016
※ Coal to be purchased from Russian coal mine is unacceptable.

4. Qualification
Coal producers, marketing companies or traders who is qualified to participate in the ITB
