5. Net Calorific Value: NCV Min 5,600kcal/kg (Kcal/kg)
6. Shipping Schedule(Loading Port): 2013/06/01 ~ 2013/12/31 (KST)
7. Closing Date: 2013/02/26 14 : 00 (KST)
8. Offer Validity: 2013/03/05 18 : 00 (KST)
9. Delivery Condition: FOBT and/or CFR (USD)
10. Payment Terms: KOSPO shall determine the payment from either Banker's Letter of Credit (L/C) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) payment basis
11. Qualification: Coal producers or Marketing companies owned by coal producers or Trading companies who have successfully performed coal supply contract of not less than 300,000MT with power generation companies and steel companies of KOREA, Tai-power and Japanese Power Utilities in the last three(3) years.
12. Term and condition for a new Bidder:
A. Definition
a. A new Bidder means the bidders who have never had any successful coal supply contract morethan 65,000 tons to power generation companies of KOSEP, KOMIPO, KOWEPO, KOSPO and KEWESPO, Tai-power and Japanese Power Utilities including J-Power in recent five year
B. Evaluation
a. Evaluation of the bid shall be performed on the CFR basis. The supplier, however, should offer price on both FOBT and CFR basis.
C. Determination of Coal Quality
a. Coal quality analysis at the unloading port by International Agency shall be final.
D. Bid Bond and Performance Bond
a. A new Bidder has to provide Bid Bond and Performance Bond according to Bidding Instructions'Clause 2 and 5 respectively.
