4. Minimum Quantities: 136,000 (Metric Ton)
5. Net Calorific Value: NCV Min 4,600kcal/kg (Kcal/kg)
6. Shipping Schedule(Loading Port): 2013/12/01 ~ 2014/06/30 (KST)
7. Closing Date: 2013/09/05 14 : 00 (KST)
8. Offer Validity: 2013/09/12 18 : 00 (KST)
9. Delivery Condition: FOBT and/or CFR (USD)
10. Payment Terms: KOSPO shall determine the payment from either Banker's Letter of Credit (L/C) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) payment basis
11. Qualification: Coal Producers, Marketing companies or traders who is the member of KOSPO Ubicoal by the closing date and who is qualified to participate in the ITB.
12. Term and condition for a new Bidder
A. Evaluation : Evaluation of the bid shall be performed on the CFR basis. The supplier, however, should offer price on both FOBT and CFR basis.
B. Determination of Coal Quality: Coal quality analysis at the unloading port by International Agency shall be final.
