* In case of CFR basis, the cargoes shall arrive at the unloading port by 30th April, 2012.
c. Shipment Size & Delivery Term
- Panamax(60,000mt ~ 75,000mt) or Capesize(120,000mt ~ 170,000mt) on either FOBT only or CFR only or both FOBT and CFR.
- Nonetheless, the bidders who will supply either South African Coal or Colombian coal can submit a bid on a CFR basis only.

4. Deadline for Bidding: 14:00 February 21, 2012 (Korea Standard Time)

5. Qualification of Bidder
Coal production company or Marketing company or Trading company only those who has performed (without any material problem such as coal quality etc.) any coal supply of no less than 60,000MT(one panamax) to one of the five(5) power generation companies(KOWEPO, KOSEP, KOMIPO, KOSPO, and EWP) or major power generation companies(or electric power companies) in Taiwan, Japan or major steel mill companies in Taiwan, Japan and Korea, who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule and quality, etc.
