NPC?BAC is inviting you to submit price offer (FOB & Freight) for Sual coal supply requirement that meet the technical specifications of the plant.

Bid Submission and Opening shall be held on June 12, 2008, 10:00 A.M. at Pahiyas Function Room, NPC Building Diliman, Q.C.

The following shall be submitted by Your Firm on the scheduled Bid Submission:
1. Letter of Authority of the Signatory.
2. Letter of Guarantee.
3. Guaranteed Coal Quality offered and Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Supplemental COA, if any.
4. Financial Proposal.
