SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LOCAL BLENDED COAL TO NAGA-CEBU TPP
1. NPC now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above supply.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria per RA 9184.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from BCSD upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P20,000.00 either in cash or manager?s check. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the prospective Bidder or his authorized representative.
4. Bidders with outstanding accounts with NPC are advised to fully settle their financial obligations prior to purchase of tender documents.
5. Bidders are encouraged to submit Eligibility Documents on or before March 4, 2009 for issuance of Class A certification. Per GPPB Resolution No. 22-2006, prospective bidders should register with PhilGEPS and secure the corresponding Certificate of Registration.
6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid security in the form and amount stated in the TOR. Late Bids shall not be accepted.
7. NPC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidders. Any inquiry regarding the above invitation shall be addressed to the undersigned.
