ComAp opens Jakarta Office

ComAp Group, a global leader in smart power generation and energy-management controls, has opened its first Indonesian subsidiary, ComAp Control Indonesia. The expansion — announced last week — marks the company’s 18th subsidiary globally and underlines its commitment to the Indonesian market.

ComAp was founded in 1991 in the Czech Republic, initially producing gen-set controllers before expanding into a broad portfolio of power and energy-management solutions. The firm now serves sectors including utilities, marine, mining, construction, telecom, oil & gas, and data-centres.

By establishing a local presence, ComAp aims to provide faster service, deeper understanding of the Indonesian market, and tailored solutions for power generation, hybrid microgrids, marine applications, and energy-management systems, the company said.

ComAp’s controllers and energy-management systems support integration of generators, renewables, batteries and grid infrastructure — offering clients automated control, remote monitoring, and optimization of power supply across multiple applications.
