Commissioners propose new structure of Pertamina?s board

Commissioners of state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero) has proposed a new organizational structure of the firm?s Board of Directors.

A copy of a document titled ?Proposal for Structure of the Board of Directors of PT Pertamina (Persero)? signed by President Commissioner Tanri Abeng and other commissioners made available to Petromindo.com shows that there are several new positions that will be added to the Board of Directors, namely Vice President Director, Gas Director, Director of Refinery & Petrochemical Megaprojects. Senior Vice President (SVP) of Research & Technology, Senior Vice President (SVP) of Integrated Supply Chain and Senior Vice President (SVP) of Renewables.

No names are mentioned in the document.
