Companies eyeing Masela FLNG FEED, EPC

A number of engineering firms are submitting bids for Masela floating LNG project FEED and EPC, a senior official with upstream oil, gas authority BPMIGAS said.
Vice-Chairman Hardiono told Petromindo.Com that the participants that submitted bid included Chiyoda Corp., Technip, Saipem, IKPT-Petrofac consortium, Tripatra Engineering, Malaysian firm EJ Joint Venture, Indoturbine and JGC.
Inpex, which operates the Masela block, is planning to build a floating LNG plant with initial capacity of 2.5 MTPA. (bernard)
