ConocoPhillips has new boss in Indonesia

American oil and gas giant ConocoPhillips has appointed Jim Taylor to head its Indonesian subsidiary, ConocoPhillips Indonesia.

Taylor served as Vice President of Conmmercial Asset at ConocoPhillips's operation in Alaska before assuming the new position as of April this year.

He replaced Trond Erik Johansen, who has been appointed as the company's President Director for Asia Pacific.

Taylor paid a courtesy call on Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Purnomo Yusgiantoro on Monday. (Bernard)
