ConocoPhillips to farm-out Arafura Sea block

US oil firm ConocoPhillips is seeking to farm-out part of its stake in Amborip VI deepwater exploration block in Arafura Sea, a government official said on Wednesday.
EdyHermantoro, Upstream Director at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources said ConocoPhillips has asked permission from the government to open the block?s data room.
He did not say percentage of interest ConocoPhillips planned to farm-out. ConocoPhillips holds 100 percent stake in the block. (godang)
