Erwin Maryoto, Vice President of Public and Government Affairs at EMCL, said on Tuesday the company will invest around US$100 million to build facilities such as pipes and well pad next year.
He said that the Kedung Keris field is expected to have production rate of up to 10,000 bpd, which will be processed at the central processing facility of the nearby Banyu Urip field, also located in the Cepu block.
Output from Kedung Keris field will add to the oil production of Banyu Urip field, which currently stands at around 200,000 bpd, thus increasing Cepu block?s total output to around 210,000 bpd. ?Per October, (Banyu Urip) production has reached 208,000 bpd,? Erwin said. (*)
