Cooper updates Indonesian ops

ASX-listed upstream company Cooper Energy Limited reported on Tuesday that it has completed processing of the 257km 2D seismic survey acquired in the Sumbagsel PSC in the previous quarter was completed.
The objective of the survey is to delineate exploration targets for future drilling, the company said.
It also reported that reprocessing of 1,490km of 2D seismic data from the Merangin III PSC was completed during the January-March 2014 quarter, with the objective of maturing targets for seismic acquisition in 2015.
Both PSCs are located onshore South Sumatra and Cooper holds 100% interest in the blocks.
Meanwhile, the company also reported that its share of production from the Sukananti KSO, also in South Sumatra (Cooper Energy 55%) was 12.5 kbbl (139 bopd), which is in-line with the previous quarter?s 12.7 kbbl (138 bopd).
Exploration and Development Workovers of Sukananti-1 and Tangai-3 are planned to be undertaken in the June quarter and planning continues for the drilling of 3 development wells, Bunian-3, Bunian-4 and Tangai-5, in the Sukananti KSO, which are expected to commence in the September quarter, it added.
