CORRECTION: PGN to deliver gas to pipeline on Sunday

State owned gas distribution and transmission company PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) will test the delivery of gas from wells to its South Sumatra-West Java pipeline on Sunday.

Corporate secretary Widyatmoko Bapang said after the so-called ?gas-in? process, the company expected to start delivering natural gas from Sumatra to its customers in the western part of Java end of March as scheduled.

Widyatmoko corrected Petromindo?s earlier report, quoting PGN?s president Soetikno, that PGN would start delivering natural gas from Sumatra to its customers in Java through the South Sumatra-West Java pipeline on Sunday.

According to Soetikno, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Purnomo Yusgiantoro would preside over the ceremony to mark the delivery of the gas from wells to the pipeline. (Godang)
