Corridor Block has 1.2 TCF of uncommitted gas

Canadian oil, gas firm Talisman Energy reported that the ConocoPhillips-operated Corridor block onshore south Sumatra still has 1.2 TCF of uncommitted gas waiting to be monetized with further upside.
According to the company?s presentation, 4.3 TCF of Corridor?s gas has been committed to gas contracts with production currently reaches 1 BCFD of sales gas.
Corridor block supplies gas to Chevron?s steamflood facility in Central Sumatra, to Singapore and to West Java through pipeline.
Average price for Corridor?s gas up to third quarter of 2011 is $10.14 per MCF.
Talisman has 36 percent interest in Corridor block with the balance held by ConocoPhillips. (alex)
