Court turns down bankruptcy lawsuit against Dayaindo Resources

The Central Jakarta Commercial Court has turned down a bankruptcy petition filed by SUEK AG against Indonesia-listed coal mining company PT Dayaindo Resources International Tbk.
Dayaindo said in a statement that the court made the ruling on September 3. The company did not provide details.
Earlier reports said that SUEK AG has filed for bankruptcy lawsuit against Dayaindo for alleged breach of coal sales and purchase agreement made in 2009.
