The Central Jakarta District Court rejected on Thursday an objection filed by state-owned oil and gas firm Pertamina and its partners against a KPPU ruling, Kontan reported on Friday.

The Court instead confirmed the ruling of the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU), which rules that Pertamina, Medco Energy, PT Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi, and Mitsubishi Corporation had colluded when arranging a beauty contest to select contractor for the construction of the Donggi-Senoro LNG project.

KPPU demanded the companies to pay financial penalties. (*)
