Darma Henwa acquires Cipta Multi Prima

IDX-listed mining services firm PT Darma Henwa Tbk announced Thursday it has signed a conditional agreement for the acquisition of 99 percent stake in PT Cipta Multi Prima (CMP) for Rp 21 billion.
Darma Henwa said in a statement that the company would purchase the CMP shares from individuals Aldi Wijaya and Agung Iman.
CMP is engaged in services, construction, trading, and land transport, which would further support the business structure of Darma Henwa as a mining services firm, the company said.
