IDX-listed mining contractor PT Darma Henwa Tbk reported on Friday that it has sold 93.47percent shares in PT DH Energy.

The company, which is controlled by the Bakrie family, did not disclose the name of the buyer, but said that the sale was part of restructuring program to get rid of unproductive assets.

DH Energy owns shares of PT Pendopo Energi Batubara, a third generation coal contract of work holder with a low CV mine in South Sumatra.
