Darwin appoints Kardaya acting DG

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Darwin Z. Saleh has appointed his expert staff Kardaya Warnika as Acting Director General of Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation, replacing outgoing Lukuk Sumiarso who entered mandatory retirement age on June 1.
A source at the ministry said Kardaya, who is a former chairman of upstream oil, gas authority BPMIGAS, is a strong candidate to fill the post permanently. (godang)
