Dayaindo expects to surpass 2011 coal volume sales target

The company said in a presentation that the sale in total would bring in around Rp1.47 trillion of revenues.
Earlier, the company said of the total 3 million tonnes, 1.5 million tonnes would be sourced from its own coal mine in Tanah Bumbu regency, South Kalimantan, operated by its subsidiary PT Daya Mandiri Resources Indonesia, formerly PT Risna Karya Wardhana Mandiri. The firm also has ties with other Kalimantan miners under joint operation cooperation, including PT Yanuar Perkasa and CV Rizki Dinda.
Dayaindo Mandiri is also engaged in coal trading.
According to the presentation, the company has two shipping subsidiaries namely, PT Risna Samudera Indonesia and PT Dayaindo Shipping, which were established in March and November, 2010, respectively. The fleet of both companies comprises 10 300-330 feet barges and 9 tug boats. (denny)
