Dayaindo laywer Liston Sitorus as quoted by Kontan said that the extension of mediation process was in line with Supreme Court regulation.
SUEK has filed for bankruptcy lawsuit against Dayaindo for alleged breach of coal sales and purchase agreement made in 2009.
