Delta Dunia plans $500m bonds

IDX-listed coal mining services company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk through subsidiary PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) plans to issue bonds worth US$500 million to refinance debts maturing in December 2019, Kontan reported Monday.
BUMA owes outstanding debt worth $507.39 million to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp, and $13.16 million to CIMB Niaga.
Delta Dunia said in a statement issued late last week it is scheduled to hold a shareholders meeting on November 15 to seek approval for the planned bond issuance. (*)
