Delta Dunia plans to issue new shares

IDX-listed mining services company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk plans to issue 751.6 million new shares, representing about 9.15 percent of paid-up capital to be offered to senior employees and members of the top management team of the company and subsidiary PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama as part of an incentive program, Investor Daily reported Saturday.

The paper said that the company would hold an extraordinary shareholders meeting June 6 to seek shareholders? approval for the proposed issuance of new shares, which is the second incentive program provided by the company to its senior staff. (*)
