Delta Dunia plans to right offer in June

Indonesia-listed firm PT Delta Dunia Makmur plans to raise up to Rp1.3 trillion (1US$ = Rp 8,500) by selling 1.53 billion new shares in a right offer in June.

The company said that the fresh money will be used for capital expenditure of its coal contractor unit PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (Buma) and to repay debt, the company said in statement on Thursday. (denny)
