Dharma Rosadi escapes bankruptcy

Nickel mining firm PT Dharma Rosadi International has escaped bankruptcy petition following a court ruling on Friday in favor of the company, Kontan reported Monday.
The paper said that the court rejected a bankruptcy petition filed by PT Bahana Selaras Alam, a consultancy firm which among others provides exploration services, over unpaid debt worth Rp 1.79 billion.
Bahana said Dharma owes the money from nickel mining exploration work in Halmahera. (*)
