Dian Swastatika?s units form subsidiary

IDX-listed PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSS) announced on Wednesday two of its subsidiaries, PT Andalan Satria Lestari (ASL) and PT Cahaya Nusa Pratama (CNP), have formed a coal mining joint venture called PT Cahaya Bara Pratama.
Both ASL and CNP are more than 99 percent owned by DSS.
CNP has a 99 percent interest in the new company, while ASL has 1 percent.
