Dian Swastatika signs $40m loan agreement for power business

IDX-listed coal mining and energy company PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk said it had on Monday signed loan facility agreement with stated-owned infrastructure financing firm PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur worth up to US$40 million.
The company said in a statement obtained Wednesday that the facility period is seven years, with interest rate of 1-month LlBOR plus 4.60 percent per annum. The facility was secured among others by company's fixed asset, it added.
?The loan facility will be used to increase working capital of company's subsidiaries engaged in power generation business,? Dian Swastatika said.
