Mining contractor PT Dianlia Setyamukti clarified on Friday that it had no plans to become a shareholder in East Kalimantan-based coal miner PT Interex Sacra Raya (PT ISR).
"Dianlia is not and has no plans to become a shareholder of PT ISR," company director Andre J. Mamuaya said in a statement to Petromindo.Com.
Petromindo.Com reported earlier on Friday that PT ISR had made a deal with Dianlia to allow the former to carry out mining activities at the latter's coal mine in East Kalimantan and to become a shareholder the company.
"Currently, PT Dianlia Setyamukti does not have or plans to have a work contract with PT Interex Sacra Raya. Instead, PT ISR has relations/work contract with PT Saptaindra Sejati, a subsidiary of Dianlia," he said. (Robert)
