WITHDRAWAL OF SELAR BLOCK
FROM 2nd PETROLEUM BIDDING ROUND YEAR 2009

With refer to our announcement of 2nd PETROLEUM BIDDING ROUND YEAR 2009, published on Monday, December 28, 2009, due to technical reason hereby we announce the withdrawal of Selar Block from Direct Proposal Tender.

The withdrawal of Selar Block from the 2nd Petroleum Bidding Round Year 2009 shall be in effect as of December 28, 2009. According to this announcement, company which has already purchased Selar?s Bid Document may contact our staff to the following address for more advice.
