DMS Investama controls 11.93% shares in BRM

PT DMS Investama has became a new shareholder in PT Bumi Resources Mineral Tbk (BRM).
DMS Investama controls 11,93%, or 3,050.859,406 shares.
The statement to the IDX said on Wednesday that PT Bumi Resources Tbk would remain the majority holders of BRM with 33,52% or 8,570,383,089 shares.
The others shareholders are PT Long Haul Indonesia with 12,8% with remaining by the public.
BRM is incorporated in Indonesia and holds various non-coal mineral operating, development and exploration properties. BRM has a diverse portfolio of minerals, including copper, gold, zinc, lead, iron ore and diamonds and holds security of tenure for its exploration and development properties.
