Drilling of Gurame SE-1X proceeding as scheduled

Australia-listed firm MEO Australia Limited said that drilling on the Gurame SE-1X well within the Seruway PSC in North Sumatra, which was spudded on September 23, is proceeding safely and according to plan.
Since the last report, the 8 1,6' precautionary pilot hole previously drilled to 2O2 m MDRT (meters measured depth below rotary table) was opened to 26', ahead of running and cementing 20" surface casing.
Thereafter, a 16" hole has been drilled to 830 m MDRT and 13 3/8" casing has been run and cemented to 827.5 m MDRT,? it said in an operation update report released on October 1.
At 6:00am Jakarta time on October 1, it installed BOP (Blow Out Preventors) and is preparing to pressure test BOP prior to commencing running in the 12 '/4" BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly). It will then drill out the 13 3/8" shoe cement and perform a LOT (Leak Off Test) before starting to drill ahead in 121/4"hole.
