Drilling on 2 wells in Brantas block delayed to 2014

Upstream authority SKK Migas said the planned drilling of Tanggulangin 6-ST and Tanggulangin-10 wells, within the Brantas PSC in East Java, will be delayed to 2014.
Head of Survey and Drilling Division Arief Fanzuri said that the delay was due to the still-ongoing POFD approval process, which consequently delays the rig procurement process.
Initially, the drilling on the two wells was planned on May and June this year, respectively.
Lapindo Brantas Inc is the operator of the Brantas block with an 100 percent interest.
