Drilling site incident kills one in Bunyu field

An incident at drilling site in Bunyu field, on Bunyu island in north Kalimantan, left one worker dead and another one injured, according to industrial sources.
Officials SKK MIGAS confirmed the incident but did not provide details as of this writing
The sources said the incident happened during drilling at development well B-1404 at the field on Monday at 8.30 local time, After tailgate meeting workers sought to relocate casing 13 3/8? of rig PDSI #11.2/N80B-M at pipe rack area using a forklift. Unfortunately the casings rolled down and hit some of the workers. Leaving a floorman named Dedi Kasyadi (46) unconscious and another one named Dedi Sugianto (40), a derrickman, injured.
Both w ere immediately taken to company doctor at 9.10 local time Dedi Kasyadi was pronounced dead, while Dedi Sugianto was in a stable condition.
