DSS expands S. Sumatra coal portfolio

Indonesian-listed energy and infrastructure firm PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa through its subsidiary PT Bumi Eka Kencana Sejahtera (BEKS) has acquired 100 percent shares of PT Andalan Satria Lestari (ASL) for Rp.8.7 billion our around US$1 million.

ASL is a company that holds eight coal mining permits (IUPs) in Musi Banyuasin regency, South Sumatra.

According to the company, ASL concessions are located close to PT Manggala Alam Lestari, another subsidiary of BEKS.
