DSS, UFS to extend date on acquisition deal

IDX-listed energy and infrastructure company PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk and United Fiber System (UFS) said on Monday that the two companies had agreed to extend date in finalizing documents on the planned acquisition.
The two companies recently signed non-binding Heads of Agreement (HoA) for the acquisition of 93.78 percent shares in UFS.
The agreement was reached June 28, 2013.
