IDX-listed PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) agreed to give loan facility worth US$25 million to its indirect subsidiary, PT DSSP Power Kendari, for working capital.
The loan period is 10 (ten) years commencing from the date of the agreement. Loan interest is 7% per annum.
DSSP Power Kendari plans to build a 2x50 MW power plant, called PLTU Kendari-3 in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi, starting in 2016.
