Dumai refinery to resume full operation

Pertamina's oil refinery in Dumai, Riau is expected to resume full operation in January next year following a major overhaul which began in October.

According to Pertamina's director for processing Suroso Atmomartoyo, following the completion of the overhaul, the 120,000 BPD refinery was now running at about 60 percent of its capacity and the utilization of the capacity is expected to increase to 80 percent this week.

"We expect the full operation can be carried out in early January," he said on Wednesday (godang)
